What Qualifies for a Return?

Manufacturing Defects Only: Returns are accepted if there is a manufacturing defect in the garment. Ordering the wrong size or providing incorrect address details does not qualify for a return under manufacturing defects.

Examples of Manufacturing Defects:

  • Structural issues like torn seams or holes that are not part of the design.

  • Broken or non-functional zippers, buttons, or fasteners.

  • Stains or marks not mentioned in the product description.

  • Fabric defects that compromise the integrity of the garment and were not part of the original design.

Please note that our garments are meticulously crafted from pre-existing materials, some of which may show signs of wear. These are detailed in the product descriptions and are part of the unique charm of our products.

How to Make a Return

  1. Register Your Return Request:

    • Email us at contact@kazuki-kollection.com explaining the reason for your return.

    • We will respond within 5 business days with further instructions.

  2. Return Address and Shipping:

    • If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address.

    • Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  3. Condition of Returned Items:

    • Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and packaged with the original labels.

    • For hygienic reasons, please carefully check the items before returning them.

  4. Processing Your Return:

    • Once we receive your returned items, processing a refund or credit note may take up to 14 days.

Important Notes

  • Correct Address Details: Ensure you enter the correct address details when placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, you will need to cover the additional shipping costs to correct it.

  • 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
